Job Description

We are looking for a person (M/F) to join the R&D team dedicated to the hardware development of the company’s products. For this position, the company is looking for an industrialization Engineer.


  • Electronic production set-up, in coordination with the respective project managers (close collaboration with hardware, firmware and operation team)
  • Development of test software for our electronic devices. Maximize test reliability for all the functionalities of the devices (e.g. GSM – GPS Simulator), optimize testing time.
  • Development of production tools, including electronic design and firmware/software programming, in close collaboration with other teams regarding infrastructure and safety protocols. (e.g. laser engraving system, test or provisioning station, leakage test, etc.)
  • Documentation and follow-up of issues related to production. (e.g. component / test tolerances, reliability, etc.)
  • Contact with suppliers, evaluation of new production techniques.


  • MSc or BSc from a leading university or institute of technology
  • Very good knowledge of C, other languages a plus (e.g. Golang, Python, Java, C++, bash, Lua)
  • Experience in embedded software development on microcontrollers (ARM, Xmega)
  • Knowledge of Linux and networking (advanced knowledge a plus)
  • Basic knowledge in electronic circuits design (mechanical design a plus)
  • Experience with the following technologies is a plus: GSM, GNSS, Bluetooth, WiFi, IP stack, TLS
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team, as well as autonomously.
  • Fluent in French and/or English
  • Resident in Switzerland
