Job Description


We are looking for a person to join the Account Management team, within the Commercial Department, dedicated to follow up customers throughout the whole customer journey. For this position, the company is looking for an Account Manager based in LATAM.

Responsibilities


  • Control and reporting on KPIs for each customer account
  • Provide support to the Business Development team during pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Participate to the assessment, selection, training and support of the involved local Partner
  • Train customers to use products effectively
  • Address all product-related queries on time and report on product performance
  • Provide customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features, products or improvements
  • Availability for on-call 24/7 support in shifts (1 week every 4 to 6 weeks)

Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Account Management
  • Technical background with previous customer facing experience as a technical lead
  • Ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and French or English (other languages are a plus)
  • International flexibility and willingness to travel
